Is hosting included in the £99/month plan?
Yes. On the £99/month plan your domain, hosting and security are all part of the monthly price, so there is nothing extra to buy. Hosting is only billed separately if you choose a one-off build instead, where it costs around £10-15/month.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The prices you see are the prices you pay. On the £99/month plan your domain and hosting are included, so £99 is the whole cost. If you choose a one-off build instead, the only extras are hosting (around £10-15/month) and domain registration (around £10-15/year), and we tell you that upfront.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. For one-time services like website design, you pay once and own your website. For monthly SEO services, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What if I am not happy with the design?
You get 2 revision rounds included, and we do not build until you approve the mockup. We have never had a client unhappy with their final website.
How long does a website take?
Most websites are completed within 2-3 weeks. Larger projects may take 4-6 weeks. We will give you a timeline before starting.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we can split website payments into 2-3 instalments for larger projects. Just ask when you get in touch.
What is included in hosting?
Fast, secure hosting with SSL, backups and updates handled for you. This is included at no extra cost on the £99/month plan. On a one-off build it is separate at around £10-15/month, and we can either recommend a provider or manage it for you.
